Yvette Arellano and Mohamed Abdelhamed surprised 90 Day Fiancé fans by getting married. Now Yve must support both herself and her new husband.

Yvette Arellano had been supporting both herself and her now estranged husband Mohamed Abdelhamed on 90 Day Fiancé, which has led fans to explore her job further. Yve revealed at the 90 Day Fiancé season 9 “Tell-All” episode part 1 that she was the sole provider for herself and her Egyptian husband, as Mohamed had yet to receive his green card so he could work in the United States. Though Mohamed and Yve appear to be over, she luckily has a reliable career to fall back on the medical field.

While many 90 Day Fiancé season 9 relationships failed to impress franchise fans, Mohamed and Yve were among the top pairs that viewers didn’t want to marry. Many fans branded Yve naive for marrying Mohamed despite the many signs that he was using her for a green card, such as him threatening to find another visa sponsor when she didn’t immediately submit his paperwork. The end of the Tell-All revealed that Yve had discovered Mohamed was texting with another woman. Despite Yve and Mohamed wanting to work things out, a seemingly angry and single Yve has since revealed that there have been multiple women he had been talking to.

Mohamed and Yve’s short-lived marriage appears to have already imploded, so Yve is now focusing on her professional life as an acupuncturist and massage therapist. Yve’s listed as being an advanced practitioner on the Mountain Spirit medical team, according to the Mountain Spirit New Mexico website. In addition to being a licensed massage therapist (LMT), Yve is listed as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM). She became an LMT in the 90s, likely around the time her husband was born, and now has over two decades of experience in healthcare. Yve helps adults and children deal with acute and chronic pain, as healing others has always been important to her.

Yve is currently living in Albuquerque, as shown on 90 Day Fiancé season 9, and has been since 2022. She works at several clinics in Santa Fe, even demonstrating some of her professional skills on 90 Day Fiancé, such as performing the cupping procedure on her friend Tatiana. Yve offers a variety of services, including acupuncture, acupressure, deep tissue massage, cupping, craniosacral therapy, trigger point therapy, and more. She also offers insight into Chinese herbal medicine and Asian bodywork therapies, among other services. Yve appears to have plenty of knowledge when it comes to practices for healing the body and spirit. Yve’s training has allowed her to provide services to help clients with a wide variety of ailments.

While Yve offers healing services to other people in her professional career, she likely has a lot of healing to do in her personal life after 90 Day Fiancé season 9. Luckily, the mother of one has a close-knit group of female friends who she described as her “soul sisters.” Although Yve’s soon-to-be ex-husband Mohamed turned out to be the season 9 villain, few viewers had sympathy for Yve due to her refusal to recognize the red flags in her relationship. However, many 90 Day Fiancé fans are hoping to see Yve leave Mohamed for good and move on from her short-lived marriage.
